Baba emerges as Anna disappears

From day one of Anna Hazare's anti corruption carnival at Jantar Mantar over 9 months ago, it was crystal clear as to who was behind the hysteric crowds in Delhi and the metros across the country. Besides some stray emotional citizens those who played the lead role in organising the protests across the country were from the ABVP, Baba Ramdev's Bharat Swabhiman, Sri Sri Ravishankar's followers and other frontal organisations of the pariwar. The backdrop and the slogans at the Jantar Mantar for Anna's first outing let the cat out of the bag. The motives were sought to be disguised in the second Ram Lila adventure with only a portrait of the Mahatma in the backdrop. -Soter
