Security agencies employing goons as bouncers: Association July 1, 2013 MARGAO: The Security Association of Goa has said that most of the ‘bouncers’ employed by security agencies are either goons or history-sheeters, who know nothing other than to flex their muscles, even on the slightest provocation. “The latest craze in security business is ‘bouncers’, a breed of pseudo macho men, being provided to different establishments by some of the agencies, without necessary training. A bouncer has to master at least one of the martial arts and has to act defensively with tact, while diffusing violence of any kind”, said Association President Geoffrey De Souza.
