Since 2012, BJP govt borrowed Rs 1,400 crore (ToI)

TNN Nov 17, 2013, 05.02AM IST PANAJI: With the latest borrowing of 150 crore on Friday, the state government's borrowings will touch 1,400 crore, since the BJP came to power in April 2012. During the last financial year, the state government borrowed 800 crore from its sanctioned borrowing of 1,300 crore. In the current financial year, the government has already borrowed 450 crore from the sanctioned borrowing of 1,500 crore.
