Goa proposes two marinas under PPP model (ToI)

Murari Shetye, TNN | Oct 11, 2013, 04.31 PM IST PANAJI: The state government has decided to build two marinas in the state to offer yachts from foreign countries anchorage facility through private public participation (PPP) model. Chief minister Manohar Parrikar, who is also ports minister said that the captain of ports department has initiated preliminary steps to set up two marinas in the state of Goa. He also said that a marina would come up in river Tiracol in north Goa and the other in river Talpona in south Goa under the PPP model.
