Govt hand-in-glove? July 16, 2013 When Herald began investigating why successive governments had failed to act against these illegalities, we came up with some startling answers. For, government officials themselves place orders for cement road-dividers and other items “stored” on agricultural land with these vendors purchasing their products at low rates.
