Friends, an 'Opinion Blockade' seems to have been put in place to block my letters in the Herald. My opinions seem to be a constant irritant for certain opportunistic forces in Goa. Goans have been victims of "Manufactured Opinion" by certain oppressive and opportunistic forces for the last 50 years. But, we shall speak out fearlessly.
